I started to cry 'cos I knew they were mine and not Mummy's, then the man told Daddy not to be angry 'cos I was only six and they let me come back downstairs. The man was nice and smiled at me, so when Daddy went to make some cof- fee I opened my legs and watched him looking at my knickers. He smiled some more and gave me a dollar from his wallet. 'Is it okay?' I asked him quietly so Daddy wouldn't hear. 'Yeah' he whispered back and shook his head. When he did that I put my feet on the sofa and opened my legs like I was a limbo dancer.
