Jack introduced Kate and Jennifer to Margie, and she led them inside. Kate's eyes took in the scene; a large living room with many people talking in small groups or milling about, a table to hold a buffet, and there seemed to be lots of people laughing. They were given drinks, and a young woman about Jennifer's age came over. "Hi, I'm Debbie." She said, looking at Jennifer. The two began to talk as Kate looked over the buffet. When she turned around, Jack had moved off to talk to someone. Jennifer was still in her animated conversation with Debbie, a slim, raven haired beauty with hints of Oriental blood who was dressed in an acid-washed style denim jumpsuit. Kate compared Debbie's figure to Jennifer's and noted that Debbie's breasts were much larger, larger than even her own. |
